Don’t wish for things. Figure out what you want and then go get it. And even if you fail, trying is more rewarding than wishing…The scars you collect are arrows and secrets pointing in the right direction, like codes written slowly line by line…Over time you’ll have enough to find your way.  Like a treasure map earned not found.  Like a trophy won at the end of an entire season of up and down.  LIke a dream caught by the toe just as the suns first rays illuminate the furthest horizon.  Don’t give up the collecting though.  It will hurt. Like a tattoo but worse.  Each mark cut or burned deep into your skin.  And in the end you’ll know why you keep walking through the dark.  Even if it turns out different than you thought…
